Well done, thou good and faithful servant… Enter thou into the joy of thy Lord - Matt 25:21
On March 16, 2018, Elsie peacefully went to be with Jesus at age 105, by grace through faith in Christ. Her website will remain active as a legacy and tribute to her, and may be expanded further in the future. Please visit it often and share it with others. Pray for comfort of those closest to Elsie who are grieving her loss, while still knowing that she is in a much better place now, and no longer suffering. Well done, thou good and faithful servant… Enter thou into the joy of thy Lord - Matt 25:21 You can leave a comment below by clicking on "Comments". It will ask for an email which is required, though if you don't wish to enter an email, but want to leave some words about Elsie, you can use [email protected] if you would like. The form will also ask for a "website" (which is not required so you can leave that blank or just enter kneeholedesk.com). Unfortunately I cannot change the form to not request that information.

Elsie leaves a legacy of love and commitment to God and His Word. My wife (Tracey) and I will miss visiting her and being blessed by her faith and evangelical heart. She always had encouraging words spoken with wisdom and a conviction that came from following Jesus.

Was always blessed by hearing Elsie on Chris Fabry's program. Enjoyed the program today and I am going to have to go back and listen to it when it is added to past programs as I ended up receiving a phone call. What a blessing Elsie was to us who got to know her through listening to her. Blessed Assurance comes to my mind. A life well-lived and although I know she suffered in the last stage of her life, her strong voice for Christ will always resonate in my mind and heart. Charles, the blessing that you were in her life is one to be admired for sure. Always try to spend a moment speaking to elders I encounter when shopping, etc. I suspect that many are alone and lonely. I to may walk that road some day. Thanks for making this available for Elsie memories.

I “met” Elsie on the radio program Chris Fabry Live. She has been such an encouragement to my heart. She helped me see that I can live my life for Jesus no matter where I am planted. She showed me that even the mundane can turn Holy, when I am surrendered to Jesus. I loved her honesty and that she used her opportunities to share Christ! I am grateful for the writings she left behind.

FRIENDS, I want to take this opportunity, on behalf of Elsie’s “adopted family”, to thank everyone who attended or participated in Elsie Young's Celebration of Life Service on April 15, 2018. Thanks also to others who could not attend, but sent sympathy cards or made memorable comments on this blog. They have been very comforting to me.
